Bar Manager

We are recruiting for a Bar Manager to work with us at Daish's Hotels!

Offer: competitive salary up to £13.85 per hour, depending on experience, working up to 6 days per week. Hours include evenings, weekends and bank holidays, shift from 4pm to midnight.

Responsibilities

As a Bar Manager you will demonstrate experience of managing bars and training staff to a high standard, providing exceptional customer service whilst performing your regular duties and managing a team of bar staff. Guest experience is absolutely paramount and we ensure we always provide a friendly and welcoming environment for both our guests and team members.

Key Duties

• Coordinate daily, front and back of house bar operations
• Good knowledge of all product sold in the bar and how to deliver them to the highest quality standard
• Deliver superior service and maximise customer satisfaction
• Respond efficiently and accurately to any arising guest dissatisfaction
• Organise and supervise staffing
• Mentor new staff with the correct operational procedures for the department
• Active listening and effective communication skills
• Understanding of cellar management
• Experience of cash handling and management
• Good working knowledge of Health and Safety issues related to public bar spaces and events & licensing laws

Additional Information

A personal licence is a bonus for this role but we will provide training if required.
