Bar Manager

Overview

This is a hands on Bar Manager role in a busy, multi level venue in Central London with 4 floors, 7 bars and a strong events trade. You'll be leading a team of around 12, staying close to the floor, and making sure everything runs smoothly day to day. Perfect for someone who enjoys high volume environments, team development, and being right in the middle of the action.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing multiple bars within the venue
• Leading and developing a team of 12
• Staying very present on the floor
• Supporting high volume service and events

Requirements

• Bar Manager experience in high volume / multi outlet venues
• Strong leadership and training skills
• Events experience
• Organised, proactive and good energy
