Key responsibilities of the Bar Manager

• To oversee the operational running of The Dandy Bar with support of the F&B Manager
• Take the lead in training and development of new and current team members to set the team up for success
• Effectively manage the team's time and productivity while at work to support the department's goals
• Be present in the bar during peak periods, closing times, and when business demands leading by example
• Effectively communicate to your team and management to create a positive work culture
• Bring energy, enthusiasm and care to the role whilst being attentive in each task
• Confidently deal with guest queries and liaise with F&B Manager regarding feedback and improvements
• Drive focus on health and safety, standards and communication thorughout the team
