We are seeking a passionate and experienced Bar Manager to lead our bar team at a prestigious, award-winning gastropub in the heart of Bray. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the bar, ensuring smooth and efficient service
• Lead, train, and inspire a team of bartenders and front-of-house staff
• Curate and maintain an outstanding beverage offering, including wines, beers, and cocktails
• Manage stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships
• Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health & safety, and hygiene standards
• Monitor financial performance, including cost control and revenue growth
• Deliver exceptional customer service and handle guest feedback professionally

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Bar Manager or in a similar leadership role
• Strong knowledge of beverages, including wine, spirits, and cocktails
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• A hands-on approach with a keen eye for detail
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards
• Passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences
