The Role

As Assistant Bar Manager, you will support the Bar Manager in delivering a world-class beverage experience that reflects The NICI's signature style and energy. You'll help lead a passionate bar team, ensure operational excellence, and create memorable moments for every guest.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing day-to-day bar operations, ensuring high standards of service, presentation, and quality

• Lead, train, and motivate the bar team to deliver exceptional guest experiences

• Support inventory management, stock control, and ordering procedures

• Collaborate with Head Bartender and management to create innovative cocktail menus and beverage offerings

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations

• Contribute to the pre-opening setup, including team training, systems, and operational procedures

About You

• Proven experience in a supervisory or assistant managerial role within a luxury bar or hospitality setting

• Passionate about mixology, beverage trends, and creating memorable guest experiences

• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

• Experience in high-volume, high-standard environments

• Pre-opening experience is desirable but not essential
