Bar Manager

We're searching for a Bar Manager to join our team at The Blues Kitchen.

What you'll be up to:

• Leading the bar: manage both daytime and evening bar services.
• Staff training: mentor and develop our bar team, championing continuous growth.
• Cash and rota management: oversee daily rotas and handle cash-ups with confidence.
• Stock control: keep a keen eye on inventory, from premium spirits to everyday bar essentials.
• Recruitment: lead the charge in recruiting and onboarding new talent.
• Site maintenance: ensure our bar is always in tip top shape for an unbeatable guest experience.
• Guest experience: guarantee that every guest leaves with a memorable experience and a smile on their face.

What we're looking for:

• Solid management experience in a fast paced bar environment.
• Familiarity with Fourth is a plus, but not essential.
• A basic grasp of Microsoft 360 and SharePoint.
• Strong experience managing a fast paced bar.
• A hands on, team first leadership style.
• Passion for great service and late night culture.
• A focus on training, development, and high standards.
