Job Description

Bar Cicoria by Angela Hartnett in Covent Garden is seeking an experienced Bar Manager to lead the main bar and supervise the Cicoria restaurant dispense bar and the Performance Bar, aligned with the Royal Ballet & Opera setting.

You will drive standards, develop the team and maximise sales while ensuring every guest receives exceptional service in a premium, high-volume environment. Evening finishes are typically around 11:00pm.
