The main purpose of this job role is to ensure that Drake and Morgan customers receive the highest standards of drinks service and a clean and tidy environment by ensuring maximum product availability and a clean and clutter free bar / customer areas.

Qualifications: Good organisational skills, ability to use own initiative, prioritise effectively, visually alert, personality, confidence to manage multiple tasks, remain calm under pressure, enjoy hospitality, teamwork.
