Bar Back

Key Responsibilities

Efficiently supply and maintain bar stock levels, adhere to cleanliness standards, and support back of house operations while ensuring a high standard of customer service and branding initiatives.

• Use checklists to ensure all bar set up/breakdown tasks are completed.
• Maintain a clean and tidy venue.
• Communicate regularly with bar staff and supervisors.
• Report stock or maintenance issues to supervisor.
• Supply bars with required stock during service periods.
• Restock bars outside of service periods.
• Maintain cleanliness during service periods.
• Restock upstairs storage areas.
• Keep service yard storages neat and tidy.
• Receive and store deliveries correctly.
• Restock keg cellar outside of service periods and keep it tidy and clean.
• Reload kegs during service periods as required.
• Deep clean keg cellar once a week.
• Line clean once a week.
