Great opportunity for a talented SOUS CHEF at the world famous AA Rosette Oxenham Arms at South Zeal. You will have 5 years experience or more and capable and conversant wih modern freshly sourced menus and techniques. Our food is modern British / English though with a great heritage and historic twist.
You will be working in a team of 5, straight or split shifts are possible. Work either 4 or 5 days per week on a permanent monthly salary. This can be either a salaried role or hourly paid offering an excellent salary and benefits package. Self employed chefs may also apply.
You will need energy, flair and a great team player. We will want you to help contribute to menu design as well as standing in for the Head Chef in his absence alongside another great Sous Chef. Our kitchen is modern and has a great environment with views over Dartmoor. Rational Oven experience useful.
All experienced Sous Chefs or Head Chefs are welcome to apply.
