Job Overview

Bar and Restaurant Manager for Hotel Du Vin, Newcastle. Full-time role responsible for the smooth running of the bar, bistro and meetings operation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth operation of the bar, bistro and meetings schedule.
• Coaching and supporting the team to deliver the highest standards.
• Maintaining budgeted targets and meeting KPIs.
• Working 7 days a week, 365 days a year with a range of shifts and days, especially during evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience running a branded restaurant operation.
• Looking for a step into a hotel career or already working within a hotel as a Restaurant or Bar Manager and seeking more responsibility.
