Bar & Restaurant Manager - Meath

We're recruiting on behalf of our client, a well established hospitality business, for a Bar & Restaurant Manager to lead their busy operation.

Full-Time 40 Hours Per Week

What you'll do:

• Oversee the day-to-day operation of the bar and restaurant
• Lead, motivate and support front of house staff
• Manage staff rotas and shift planning
• Ensure exceptional customer service standards
• Monitor service flow during busy periods
• Support stock control and ordering
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally
• Maintain health & safety and hygiene standards
• Work closely with kitchen and ownership teams

What you'll need:

• Previous hospitality management or supervisory experience
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Strong organisational and problem solving ability
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends

Bonus if you have:

• Experience managing both food and beverage operations
• Background in high volume hospitality environments
