Bar & Lounge Manager - Lead Guest Experience

Castle Leslie Estate is seeking an experienced Bar & Lounge Manager for Conor's Bar at The Lodge. You will lead daily operations, inspire a high performing team, and ensure outstanding guest experiences across service touchpoints.

The role requires 2+ years in a supervisory position within hospitality, strong leadership, and in-depth knowledge of beverage operations and stock management. A hands-on leader who can work from the floor is essential.
