Job Description
Cashel Palace Hotel, nestled beside the Rock of Cashel, is seeking a reliable Banqueting Operations Assistant to help ensure our events meet the highest standards. This is a hands-on role focused on preparation and presentation of banqueting facilities, not primarily a food service role.
You will work with Banqueting and F&B teams to prepare spaces for weddings, conferences, and private dining, maintaining meticulous presentation, and supporting during events when needed.
