A leading national law firm is expanding its Banking Litigation team and is looking for a Solicitor to join the Newcastle office.

The Role
This is not standard debt recovery work.
You'll manage a complex caseload of banking disputes, representing regulated financial institutions in matters that fall outside of routine processes - often involving actual defences, mis-selling, or bespoke challenges.

- Manage your own caseload of complex banking litigation matters
- Represent major banking clients in financial disputes
- Provide strategic, commercially minded legal advice
- Liaise with regulators (FCA/SRA) and comply with regulatory frameworks
- Collaborate with a full legal team - from paralegals to partners
Ideally: You have direct experience in banking litigation
