Banking Lawyer NQ- 3 PQE

Exceptional opportunity for a junior banking lawyer (NQ-3 PQE) to join the Banking & Funds team withinone of Scotland's leading law firms- this role will be based in Edinburgh.

Role Profile:

• Advising on private investment fund structures, involving fund structuring and formation work and issues relating to these funds during their lifetime;
• Advising on financing transactions, including in relation to acquisition finance and real estate finance, working for a wide range of borrowers and lenders; and
• Working across the banking and funds team to advise private investment funds on securing the provision of debt finance.

Candidate Requirements:

• NQ-3 years PQE and with at least a 6 month seat in Banking, Finance or Funds.
• Ability to learn, to work hard, to work as a team and to be willing to take responsibility.
• Pragmatic and results focussed, and be able to work under pressure and to tight timescales.
• Positive attitude, a focus on quality and a determination to provide a first class service.
