Banking Lawyer 4+ PQE

Excellent new opportunity for a transactional banking lawyer to join a top tier national law firm working in their offices in Glasgow. The firm are interested in speaking with candidates, from private practice or in-house, with circa 4 years + PQE and a strong banking and finance background.

Working as part of a highly specialist and successful team you will work on a range of banking and finance matters, with a focus on investment but including:

• Asset Finance
• Commercial Banking
• Debt Capital Markets
• Leverage Finance
• Project Finance
• Property Finance

The team work closing with national financial institutions and corporate borrowers and this role presents a genuine opportunity to work as part of a wider UK team.
