Job title: Banking & Finance Solicitor

Salary: £70k-£80k - depending on experience
PQE Level: NQ-3

Working Hours: Full-time

My client is a UK Top 50 firm who are seeking a talented individual to join the firm's prestigious Banking and Finance team. This role involves advising on a wide range of funding arrangements, from everyday banking transactions to complex international trade and investment projects. You will support team members based in London and Reading, working with high-profile financial institutions, overseas lenders, private banks, and investors. Responsibilities include managing banking and finance transactions, drafting and negotiating documentation, and ensuring timely delivery of projects. You will also work closely with other teams to meet deadlines and budgets, on some of the finest work outside of the City.

Responsibilities

• Support team members based in London and Reading, working with high-profile financial institutions, overseas lenders, private banks, and investors.
• Manage banking and finance transactions, draft and negotiate documentation, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Collaborate with other teams to meet deadlines and budgets.

Qualifications

• PQE Level: NQ-3
