A leading commercial law firm in Belfast is seeking to appoint a Banking & Finance Solicitor to join their high-performing team. This role offers exposure to a broad range of banking and finance matters including:

  • Corporate finance

  • Acquisition and leveraged finance

  • Refinancing and restructuring

  • Cross-jurisdictional transactional work

The Ideal Candidate

  • Qualified Solicitor (NQ - 4 PQE preferred, but all levels will be considered)

  • Previous experience in banking & finance or strong transactional background

  • Excellent drafting, technical, and negotiation skills

  • Strong commercial awareness and client service ethos
