A highly regarded, international law firm with a growing presence in Dublin is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Banking & Finance team.

The Role

As a Senior Associate, you will work on a broad range of banking and finance matters, including secured lending, acquisition finance, real estate finance, and general corporate lending. You will advise a diverse mix of clients, including global financial institutions, private equity firms, and multinational corporations, on both domestic and cross-border transactions.

We want you to work the way that suits you best. If your passion is purely the execution of high-quality work, that's completely fine. However, if you want to get involved in business development or mentor junior members of the team, those opportunities are fully supported and available to you-but they are entirely optional, not a strict requirement.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading secured lending, acquisition finance, real estate finance, and corporate lending matters.
• Advising on cross border transactions, working alongside colleagues in international offices.
• Managing client relationships and providing strategic legal advice to financial institutions, private equity firms, and corporate clients.
• Optional: Opportunities to mentor junior lawyers or contribute to business development initiatives, if aligned with your personal career goals.

Requirements

• 4+ years PQE in banking and finance law, ideally with experience in secured lending, acquisition finance, and real estate finance.
• Strong technical knowledge and a proven ability to manage and drive complex transactions.
• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
• A collaborative, team oriented approach and a desire to work in a supportive, friendly environment.
