Be a part of it.Cygnet Healthcare is looking for an experienced Bank Support Worker to join our team working at Cygnet Morgan House.You'll be working bank hours a week, making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Cygnet Morgan House.Morgan House is a new residential service, located in Stoke-on-Trent for five people who are ready to live more independently in the community. It will offer a safe, comfortable, homely setting to provide a therapeutic environment that empowers residents to meet personal goals and live fulfilling lives.We are looking for someone who is:Driven with a desire to make a real difference in people's livesExperienced for 1 year plus in a support setting working with learning disabilities and mental healthAn excellent communicator and a good team playerCaring and understanding with the energy required to provide a trusting, stimulating & varied environmentPassionate about empowering & supporting service user independenceYour day-to-day Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our careProvide guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional supportLearn about individuals' specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate wayAssist with medical & welfare needsReport on medical & welfare needs as requiredSafeguard all patientsMaintain a safe, clean environment for allWhy Cygnet?
