Job Description
Shaw Healthcare (Group) Ltd. is seeking a Bank Residential Team Leader for Burleys Wood, a care home outside Crawley. The role involves leading on shift, ensuring person centred care, and supporting the team to uphold high standards in all tasks.
The position offers bank hours with zero hours contracts, with shifts as needed. Experience with older adults in residential care and NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care are preferred.
