We are on the lookout for a reliable, passionate and organised individual to join our team as a kitchen assistant.

- A minimum of 12 months right to work in the UK
- Each shift is 10 hours, 4 shifts a week, including alternative weekends
- Shift times: 7.30am - 5.30pm and 9.30am - 7.30pm
- No set shifts, flexible rota
- Support the chef to create healthy/balanced meals and snacks, with a good understanding of various dietary requirements and allergens.
- Ensure a high standard of cleanliness is maintained in the kitchen area, with good hygiene in line with COSHH regulations and health and safety protocols.
- Work as a team player but be able to work alone when needed, effectively managing your time.
- Offer support, communication and engagement to the residents.
You don't have to have worked in care before; a previous role in a different catering environment is great for someone willing to learn. We'd like you to have some prior knowledge of food safety and COSHH. You will be a caring, self motivated and enthusiastic individual who is able to show empathy to the needs of others.
