CQC rating Key Responsibilities

• Menu planning and collaboration with the home manager and residents.
• Ensure dietary needs are met, including modified textures and allergies.
• Act as main contact for the kitchen, managing stock, hygiene, and daily operations.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum 12 months on your right to work.
• Background in kitchens and understanding of how to run a professional kitchen.
• Knowledge of the IDDSI framework or experience supporting complex dietary requirements is desirable.
• Bank cook covering a mix of shifts as required.
• Previous professional experience as a cook.
