Salary: £14.82 per hour

We are currently seeking a Care Team Leader to join Forefaulds Care Home. This role involves leading day-to-day care for residents, modelling compassion and commitment, and supporting Care Assistants in their development.

Responsibilities
  • As a Care Team Leader, you will look after the day-to-day needs of residents, with compassion, care and a positive impact on their lives.
  • Work with a team of like-minded individuals to ensure residents are comfortable in their home.
  • Support Care Assistants in their development.
  • Ensure the team provides the highest quality of personalised care in line with individual care plans.
  • Facilitate leisure and social activities as part of daily routines.
What skills do I need?
  • Teamwork: a happy team leads to happy residents and a happy home.
  • Experience in care is essential; an SVQ3 in Social Care is desirable.
  • Strong communication skills and a flexible approach.
  • Kindness and genuine regard for older people and their needs, ensuring respect and dignity for all.
