Requirements

• Minimum of 12 months right to work in the United Kingdom
• Experience working within a care home
• Ability to work flexibly as a Bank Care Assistant, including day, night, and weekend shifts
• Day shifts are 8am 8pm; night shifts are 8pm 8am
• Previous care experience required
• Current visa sponsorship is not available

Day in the Life of a Care Assistant

• Companionship - providing support, communication and engagement
• Personal care - assisting with wash, bath, shower, dressing and oral care
• Medication - prompting, assisting or administering medications and creams
• Meals - supporting clients with healthy meals, snacks and beverages
• Domestic tasks - light cleaning duties
• Mobility - supporting clients to live as independently as possible
• Social activities - trips out, social engagements and activities within the home
