We are inviting applications for a Bank Administrator role within West London NHS Trust. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced administrators seeking flexible working arrangements while contributing to a high-performing, patient-centred mental health service.

Main duties of the job- Provide a high-quality administrative service to a multi-disciplinary team.
- Deliver comprehensive team support, including a responsive reception service for callers and visitors, ensuring high standards of quality and equality.
- Provide efficient word processing and audio transcription support using Microsoft Office packages.
- Support team meetings, including CIG meetings, with diary management, minute taking and action log tracking.
- Maintain and develop client record systems, ensuring compliance with statutory and organisational requirements for storage, security and disposal.
- Deliver a professional and sensitive customer service to service users, including those who may be distressed or vulnerable; accurately record and forward messages in a timely manner.
- Maintain an up-to-date system detailing team members' whereabouts during the working day.
- Organise and minute meetings, including coordinating invitations, agendas and supporting papers.
- Ensure all client case files are stored and managed in line with Trust policies and legal requirements.
- Accurately enter patient data within agreed Trust deadlines.
- Maintain adequate stocks of information resources and office supplies.
- Photocopy, sort and distribute internal and external correspondence as required.

Person Specification QUALIFICATIONS- Good standard of general education including English and Maths
