Provide senior leadership for the Estates Directorate and act as full deputy to the Director of Estates.

Lead delivery of the Trusts Estates Delivery Plan, ensuring estate strategy supports high quality patient care.

Oversee strategic capital planning and lead the development of robust business cases for estate investment.

Provide senior oversight of the Capital, Property and wider estate planning functions.

Lead and support the Heads of Land & Property and Capital, ensuring coordinated and effective management of these areas.

Provide senior assurance across all estate risks, governance arrangements and estate related statutory responsibilities.

Build strong relationships with internal leaders, partners and external agencies to ensure effective estate planning and delivery.

Support long term estate optimisation, rationalisation opportunities and improvements to estate performance.
