What you will do

• Manage and process referrals to the CAMHS service and partner agencies.
• Conduct thorough risk assessments on referrals to ensure the appropriate care is recommended.
• Establish and maintain care contacts with families and young people to support their mental health journeys.
• Collaborate with partner agencies to streamline referrals and ensure the highest standard of care.
• Lead a committed team, inspiring excellence and continuous development.

Qualifications

• Experience working within a Community CAMHS setting with children and young people facing complex mental health and neuropsychiatric needs.
• Proven ability to manage a caseload effectively in a CAMHS environment.
• Demonstrated skill in leading teams and managing various stakeholder expectations.
