What you will do

Collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver speech and language therapy services within the BIRT Neurobehavioural model.

Lead communication and dysphagia therapy programmes, formulating tailored care plans and rehabilitation goals for People We Support.

Perform comprehensive assessments and manage a varied caseload of individuals with complex mental and physical health needs.

Engage individuals actively in their rehabilitation journey, overcoming communication barriers effectively.

Conduct swallowing assessments, manage dysphagia cases safely, and provide exhaustive training for staff involved.

Report and document findings, care plans, and progress in line with organisational and legal standards.

Liaise with internal and external professionals, family members, and People We Support to ensure holistic and informed therapy interventions.
