Main duties of the jobThe Crisis Resolution Home Treatment Team (CRHTT) acts as the front door to secondary care mental health. The successful candidate will:
- Receive and triage all urgent referrals using a holistic triaging tool; refer to the most appropriate service.
- Conduct urgent assessments where needs are identified.
- Provide intensive home treatment, gate keeping admissions to hospital and facilitate early discharge from inpatient units.
