What You Will Do

Provide specialist occupational therapy interventions within an Acute Neuro environment, particularly across medicine and elderly care wards.

Develop and deliver safe, effective discharge planning to support patient flow and continuity of care.

Apply strong ward-based respiratory skills to carry out thorough assessments and functional prescriptions.

Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary colleagues to maximise patient rehabilitation potential.

Maintain high-quality clinical documentation in line with professional and organisational standards.

Requirements

Proven acute clinical experience, particularly in discharge planning within medicine and elderly care.

Competent in ward-based respiratory assessment and functional prescription.

Must hold a full driving licence to support home visits and external meetings where required.
