What you will do:

• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for patients experiencing acute medical conditions.
• Implement and evaluate physiotherapy treatments aimed at improving patient mobility and function.

Requirements:

• Familiarity with managing frailty and falls
• Strong understanding of cognitive impairments
• HCPC registered
• Driving licence to travel between sites when necessary
