Band 5 Staff Nurse

As a Band 5 Registered Nurse working for HCRG Care Group, you will work collaboratively alongside our multi disciplinary teams, consisting of around 30 members of staff. This post is based at Livingstone Community Hospital, where you will be responsible for contributing to the holistic assessment, planning, delivery and evaluation of patient care. You should be passionate about the rehabilitation of patients in your care and be encouraging them to aid their ability for independent living.
Main duties of the jobYou will also use your strong communication and organisation skills, along with a flexible approach, to ensure you deliver positive experiences to patients at every stage of their healthcare journey.

Job responsibilitiesYou will be a registered Nurse with license to practice and should be passionate about the rehabilitation of patients in your care and be encouraging them to aid their ability for independent living. Our services operate 24/7, so a willingness to cover all shift patterns including nights and weekends is essential.
You will also need to be confident using IT systems and be able to demonstrate a working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages such as Outlook, Word and Excel.
