Your new role
As an Education Management Executive Officer, you will provide essential administrative and operational support to the Education Management team, helping to coordinate and deliver a range of educational programmes, training courses, meetings and events.
- Coordinating Trainer Recognition and Faculty Development programmes.
- Managing and maintaining online learning platforms and educational records.
- Supporting the delivery of virtual learning sessions using Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
- Organising face-to-face and virtual meetings, conferences and training events.
- Monitoring attendance, evaluations and programme activity, producing reports and maintaining accurate databases.
- Supporting Education Delivery Group activities and meetings.
- Liaising with a wide range of stakeholders including healthcare organisations, universities and clinical professionals.
- Providing administrative support across a variety of education and professional development workstreams.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Experience coordinating meetings, events or training activities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
- The ability to manage competing priorities and work to deadlines.
- Experience maintaining accurate records, databases and reports.
- A proactive approach and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Experience supporting virtual meetings and online learning platforms would be advantageous.
What you'll get in return
- Temporary Band 4 opportunity until 31st Jan 2027 with possible extension
- Full-time hours of 37.5 hours per week.
- Monday to Thursday: 9.00am-5.00pm, Friday: 8.30am-4.30pm.
- Belfast-based role at Beechill House, BT8.
