• 6 months Ward based NHS HCA experience in the last 3 years
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• A caring, empathetic approach to all patients
• A proactive and professional work ethic
• Experience in working within an Emergency Department
• Cannulation, venipuncture and ECG skills

• Access to free Bank Partners Core Skills training
• Ability to self-book shifts with a weekly pay system
• Opportunity to book and monitor shifts using online timesheet
• Priority of shifts over all agency workers
