Baler Operator with FLT - Efficient, Safe & Proactive

Taskmaster Resources Limited in the UK is seeking a Baler Operative with Counterbalance FLT based near Sharnbrook, Bedfordshire. You will operate the automatic baler from the control panel, manage material stocks in the bunker, and handle bale wire and related tasks.

You will monitor baler condition, report issues to maintenance, keep the area clean and safe, and use the FLT to move bales efficiently. Relevant CB FLT licence and a proactive approach are essential; hours are Mon-Fri 7:00-17:00
