Bakery Shop Supervisor - Hands-On, Flexible Shifts

Bayne's the Family Bakers on Gordon Street, Glasgow, is seeking an Assistant Shop Manager to lead a busy bakery shop. This 39 hour week includes weekend shifts and early starts, with a 4am to 9:30pm window and you will cover various shifts as rostered.

You will work closely with the shop manager, supervise staff, ensure excellent customer service, uphold food hygiene and safety standards, and strive to meet KPI targets while maintaining product quality.
