Bakery Production Sous Chef - Lead Viennoiserie & Bread

Birley Bakery in London is seeking a Bakery Sous Chef for our high-end production kitchen near Battersea. You will lead the section, mentor up to eight staff, and ensure all products are baked to superior quality.

Responsibilities include managing stock rotation, following our recipes and SOPs, and organising mise en place to meet business needs. Prior experience in a luxury setting and Viennoiserie skills are highly valued.
