Baggage Systems Change Lead

慨正橡扯 is seeking a Change Manager to deliver business change activities for the new Terminal 2 baggage system at Heathrow. You will shape and deliver change plans that connect people, processes and technology, working closely with the baggage operations team to ensure practical, effective solutions.

The role supports the successful implementation of the new baggage system, helping to drive operational efficiency and a positive experience for passengers and partners in a highly regulated aviation
