Baggage Operations Leader - Campus & APOC

Heathrow is seeking a Terminal Baggage Services Manager or APOC Baggage Services Manager to lead end-to-end baggage performance across the Heathrow campus. You will engage stakeholders, leverage data, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring safe and secure baggage operations and an excellent customer experience.

The role involves shifting across early to late hours, with a 40-hour week, and requires operational leadership in terminal or campus-wide environments.
