Backoffice Support Technician

Technical backup: Technical assistance by phone for on-site technicians and help with technical specifications, including detailed spare parts lists and order lists for the technical sector. Establishing technical bases for quote preparation (measurements, choice of replacement unit). Report management: Technical preparation of intervention reports before transmission to the after-sales site. Technical management of minor replacement or repair works on call for duty.Your skills: Holder of a vocational certificate in HVAC, electrical engineering, or confirmed experience (minimum 5 years) in after-sales service in the HVAC field: Solid knowledge in reading electrical diagrams and frequency setting. Writing skills: Ability to draft clear and precise technical reports for clients. Versatility and responsiveness: Ability to switch from a field role to an office role with agility. Good mastery of common tools. Fluency in French; technical German is a major asset for exchanges with suppliers. Driving license is essential.Who are we?
