Back Office and Marketing Specialist

Palazzo Morelli is a fast-growing company operating at an international level in the field of luxury interiors. Our team is passionate, dynamic, and dedicated to delivering excellence in everything we do. As we expand, we're looking for a proactive and creative Back Office and Marketing Specialist to support our marketing team and day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

-Assist the team in managing day-to-day marketing activities, both operational and strategic

-Create compelling and original content for digital platforms (social media, newsletters, blog posts, website)

-Support the planning and execution of online campaigns

-Conduct market research to support business development strategies and positioning

-Provide back-office support including CRM updates, and follow-up with potential clients or partners

-As part of the marketing team, you will have direct contact with the Marketing Manager

Requirements

-Fluent in English (spoken and written) - essential

-Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on brand communication, social media, content creation

-Proven ability to create and manage content for multi-platform use (Instagram, LinkedIn, Meta Ads)

-Solid understanding of visual storytelling (photo and video production knowledge is a plus)

-Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills

-Team player with a hands-on attitude and strong problem-solving skills

-Willingness to grow within a dynamic, international environment
