What You'll Be Doing

• Oversee all back of house operations to ensure efficient and consistent food preparation.
• Lead, mentor and motivate the kitchen team to deliver high quality dishes.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and sanitation standards.
• Manage inventory, monitor food stock and ensure timely ordering of supplies.
• Collaborate with the Front of House Supervisor to ensure seamless service.
• Handle kitchen related issues and resolve them promptly to maintain smooth operations.
• Support staff training and development to uphold our brand's high standards.
• Create a positive, productive work environment where the kitchen team can thrive.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a kitchen or a fast paced environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a kitchen team.
• A passion for delivering consistent, high quality food.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
• A deep understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure.
• Flexible availability that includes weekends, late nights and bank holidays.
