Our leading London Market Insurer are seeking a BA Manager, who will be responsible for leading teams of Business Analysts across a variety of transformation initiatives. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders across Technology, Operations, Underwriting and Change, ensuring high quality analysis, clear delivery outcomes and a consistent approach across the function.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced BA leader who enjoys building capability, coaching teams, and driving best practice analysis within a complex, fast moving environment.

Essential Experience:

• Proven experience as a BA Manager or BA Team Lead
• London Market experience preferred; broader insurance experience essential
• Strong track record working across technology, digital and business change teams
• Solid understanding of Agile practices and experience delivering in Agile environments
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong leadership capability with a passion for developing teams
