B2B Technical Customer Service - Medical Equipment

Office based role daily in Northampton
Salary - £26,000 (no flex on basic salary)

PRODUCTS: Renal Replacement Solutions - Medical Capital Equipment + Consumables

THE JOB: First point of contact for all customers - B2B and B2C
- Liaising with nurses, medical engineers and estates managers in hospitals
- Around 80% of your time will be email based
- Coordinating medical equipment deliveries and replenishment
- Queries, quotations price requests, parts and maintenance
- Faults and usage issues
- Excel usage daily, pivot tables etc
