Job Description
  • Manage a defined geographic territory selling directly to SME (Small Medium Enterprise) and SOHO (Small Office/Home Office) customers
  • Work smartly to maximise the opportunities to make sales between home and field selling
  • Achieve and exceed agreed sale targets
  • Develop a detailed understanding and tightly manage your customer pipeline
  • Generate referrals daily that secure a face to face presentation to a decision maker
  • Daily CRM updates to ensure all information is correct and accurate
  • Work to the highest compliance levels set out by the company
  • Attention to detail completing applications accurately on behalf of the customer
  • Maintain knowledge of all new and existing products and services from competitors
  • Provide competitor feedback and industry insight
  • Represent CPM and Vodafone in a consistently professional manner
  • Sell a solution that delivers value to both the customer and Vodafone
  • Ensure all activities are completed compliantly and in accordance with training provided on internal and external compliance guidelines
  • Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as instructed by your line manager
Requirements
  • Experience in a sales role, in the Business and/or Utilities sector
  • Competent IT Skills. Be comfortable working with Microsoft Office including Excel and Outlook
  • Suitable home working environment including high quality, reliable broadband
  • Understanding of the Vodafone portfolio and wider telecoms market
  • Awareness of the Irish Business Arena at local and national levels to maintain the pipeline
  • Experience with using a CRM tool
  • Strong focus on results and achieving targets daily, weekly, and monthly
  • Work on own initiative and continually look for ways to improve sales performance
  • Positive mindset interacting with customers, colleagues, and client
  • Teamwork orientated individual able to share best practices and add to a positive team dynamic
  • Strong analysis and judgement skills to prioritise and focus on the best opportunities
  • Self-motivation and drive to deliver consistent results
  • Demonstrate a belief in the importance of the customer and a willingness to meet and exceed customer expectations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to create and build positive customer relationships
  • Strong written skills for preparing proposals to customers and feedback to management/client
