B2B Sales Advisors We, X, are in full expansion and are active in publishing, digital, and advertising spaces. We publish, among others, the Passeport Gourmand and several media supports in the fields of gastronomy and leisure in Switzerland. As part of our development and to strengthen our growth, we are recruiting: B2B Sales Advisors A senior profile for Valais A junior profile for French-speaking Switzerland Work rate: 80 to 100% Your mission: Develop and manage a portfolio of B2B clients in the gastronomy (HORECA) and leisure sectors for the Passeport Gourmand and our media supports, while actively contributing to the evolution of our offers Responsibilities: Actively prospect and acquire new partners (restaurants, hoteliers, tourism stakeholders, advertisers). Identify the needs of prospects and understand their issues in order to build relationships and market the Passeport Gourmand as well as our print and digital advertising solutions. Negotiate and conclude contracts, retain and develop an existing customer portfolio. Ensure a rigorous follow-up, performance-oriented and client-focused. Provide feedback from the field and actively contribute to the evolution of our products. Profile: Confirmed experience in sales. Mastery of the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to closing. Experience or affinity with selling advertising solutions (print and digital media), ease and sense of mastery of French; German is an asset. Comfortable with CRM tools; experience with Odoo would be a plus. Senior - Valais: Confirmed experience in B2B sales. Ability to actively develop and structure the market. Experience in managing a high-potential portfolio. Entrepreneurial mindset, able to drive regional development. Strong business acumen and autonomy in execution. Junior - French-speaking Switzerland: First successful experience in sales (B2B). Willingness to progressively develop your portfolio while learning about prospecting and management.
