B2B Customer Success & Accounts Lead

Securitas UK is seeking a proactive Customer Service Account Executive to manage a portfolio of B2B customers in Marlow. You will be the main contact for enquiries, coordinate service delivery, and work with Sales, Operations, Transport and Forecasting teams to maintain high service standards.

You will analyse performance, resolve invoice issues, and drive customer satisfaction through strong relationship management and problem solving in a fast-paced environment.
