apetito is seeking a Customer Service Team Leader to inspire and develop a team of Customer Service Advisors delivering exceptional service to our B2B customers. Based on-site in Portbury, you will champion service excellence and drive performance in a busy call-centre environment.

You will coach, motivate and develop the team, manage KPIs, and collaborate with Operations, Transport, Sales and Distribution to optimise the customer experience. A driving licence and on-site presence are essential.
